Join us LIVE on September 14th, 2024, for the heart-pounding Rut 28K, a challenging trail race nestled in the breathtaking Montana mountains!
This BIG SKY adventure pushes runners to their limits. The race starts at the base of Big Sky Resort (7,534 ft) and ascends a brutal 17.8 miles to the summit of Lone Peak (11,166 ft), gaining a total of 7,600 feet in elevation. The course features sections of steep, technical terrain, including the ascent and traverse of Headwaters ridge and the ascent of Bone crusher ridge. These areas require strong technical skills and caution to navigate safely.
