
• Onion - 250 g
• Svan salt - to taste
• Black pepper - to taste
• Potatoes - 800 g
• Dried dill - to taste
• Dried parsley - to taste
• Chicken thigh fillet - 800 g
• Chicken seasoning - to taste
• Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
• Tomatoes — 250 g
• Cheese — 200 g
• Mayonnaise — 50 g
• Dried garlic — to taste
Method of preparation:
1️⃣ Cut the onion into half rings, place in a baking dish, add black pepper and Svan salt, mix.
2️⃣ Cut the potatoes into thin slices, season with dried dill and parsley, mix and place in an even layer on top of the onion.
3️⃣ Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces, add chicken seasoning and vegetable oil, mix thoroughly. Then place on top of the potatoes.
4️⃣ Cover the dish with foil and place in an oven preheated to 200°C for 30 minutes.
5️⃣ Meanwhile, I prepare the top layer: mix chopped tomatoes, grated cheese, mayonnaise and dried garlic.
6️⃣ I take the pan out of the oven, add the cheese and tomato mixture on top and put it back for another 30 minutes.
7️⃣ I decorate the finished dish with fresh herbs.
