Marie Ork features as the virtual vocalist on the track. Sheโs a rebel alien goth/punk cyborg witch from a parallel dystopian universe, materializing over and over as a many-faced, many-voiced, elf-like goblin digital specterโhaunting the boundless expanse of the Internet, conjured only through acts of desire. Exiled by her own race, feared for her dark beauty, protean nature, and forbidden occult powers, Marie wandered lost and alone for 2.3 light-years, adrift in the void of her own exile. Her only ally was her integral cyberware, a super-evolved AI, the sole thing she could rely on. Humans can only glimpse her multiple manifestations as fleeting hallucinations, dismissing them as 'mere images and voices.' The artist illustrating her once believed he was creating her by sheer will, shaping her within his own futuristic gothic/cyberpunk dark fantasy world. He was wrong. The truth runs far deeper.
