It was my first anniversary of streaming music on Twitch this week. This is a section of my anniversary stream. It was also my first stream using my new Soma Lyra 8.The Lyra 8 was mostly doing drones with the occasional strange sound added with the delay section. The Behringer Crave and Neutron were also on drone duties as well as adding some wind noises. Added to these, I had some things going in Ableton. Some bowed guitars I'd recorded and manipulated plus one or two Kontakt instruments.
I enjoy making dark music for a post-apocalypse world. I usually create AI-generated art to use as my inspiration and then try to write music to capture the atmosphere. Although the music can often be creepy, I've found people like to listen to it for relaxation, meditation, as background music when reading or as study music.
