Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
Prepare Crepes:
-Maida (All-purpose flour) ¾ Cup (100g)
-Cornflour 2 tbs
-Anday (Eggs) 2
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 3 tbs
-Vanilla essence ½ tsp
-Water ¼ Cup
-Doodh (Milk) ½ Cup
-Makhan (Butter) melted 2 tbs
-Yellow food color few drops
-Whipping cream chilled 1 Cup
Assembling:
-Aam (Mango) chunks
-Pista (Pistachios) sliced

Directions:
Prepare Crepes:
-On a bowl,place a sieve,add all-purpose flour,cornflour & sift well.
-Add eggs,caster sugar,vanilla essence,water,milk & whisk until well combined.
-Add butter,yellow food color & whisk well.
-Grease non-stick rectangular frying pan with cooking oil.
-Add ¼ cup of prepared crepe batter,spread evenly & cook on very low flame until its done (3 minutes) (makes 7-8).
-In a bowl,add whipping cream & beat until stiff peaks form & transfer to a piping bag.
Assembling:
-Place two prepared crepes on a flat surface so that the end of one is overlapping on another.
-Pipe out whipped cream & spread evenly with spatula.
-Place mango chunks & roll up to make a swiss roll.
-Garnish with whipped cream,mango chunks & pistachios.
-Cut into pieces & serve!

-Aam (Mango) chunks
-Pista (Pistachios) sliced

-Bowl mein sieve rakh dein,maida aur cornflour dal ker sift ker lein.
-Anday,bareek cheeni,vanilla essence,pani aur doodh dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Makhan aur yellow food color dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein.
-Non-stick rectangular frying pan ko cooking oil sa grease ker lein.
-1/4 cup mein tayyar crepe batter dal ker evenly pheela lein aur bohat halki ancch per 3 minute kliya paka lein (makes 7-8).
-Bowl mein whipping cream dal dein aur stiff peaks form ho janay tak ache tarhan beat ker lein & piping bag mein transfer ker lein.
Assembling:
-Do crepes ko flat surface per overlap ker ka rakh dein.
-Whipped cream dal ker spatula ki madad sa pheela lein.
-Mango chunks dal dein aur swiss roll ki tarhan roll ker lein.
-Whipped cream,mango chunks & pista sa garnish ker lein.
-Pieces mein cut ker ka serve karein!
