Stevo Fried Rice Noodles
- 3 to 4 cloves of Garlic Mashed up with a grinder or use Garlic Paste
- 2 Red Onions
- 2 eggs
- 300g Stir Fried Vegetables (available from all super markets Tesco, Sainsburys)
- 600g Singapore Rice Noodles (available from all supermarkets Tesco, Sainsburys)
- 2 Tbsp dried shrimps
- Sauces: 3 Tbsp tomato ketchup, 1 Tbsp chili sauce, 2 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Oyster Sauce, 1 Tbsp light soy sauce, ½ tsp Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil, ½ tsp pepper, ½ tsp salt

Ah Faye Drunken Chicken Wings
- 1 kg chicken wings
- Marinade: 410ml Lee Kum Kee Drunken Chicken Marinade, 1 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil, 1 tsp of black pepper, handful of fresh coriander springs

Moving Socks Steam Fish
- 400g boneless sea bass filets
- Marinade: 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of black pepper, 2 tsp of ginger paste, 2 tsp of garlic paste, 1 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil, 1 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Seasoned Soy Sauce for Seafood, handful of fresh coriander springs
