Silent Hill 2 May be the best game I have ever played. It's easy to say something like that and have it come across as cheap or superficial, but, I really do mean it. It is a game that met me at the right time in my life, 3 years nearly after my father passed away - I find the themes in this game to be profoundly deep for a genre that I have perceived to be fairly superficial. I didn't know anything about the game experience or story before starting so I was really caught off guard.
