The Prime also has standard heated rear seats, a power driver’s seat, and an 8” touchscreen, available 9”. The ID.4 has a standard 10” touchscreen, available 12.3”.The top trim on both vehicles is where you will find all those extra features like a panoramic sunroof, driver seat memory, a power passenger seat, head-up display, power tailgate and leatherette. The Prime has two features the ID.4 does not, ventilated front seats and heated rear seats, but the RAV4 doesn’t offer a passenger height adjustment on any trim. The Prime top trim is $56,990 CAD/$48,470 USD and the ID.4 $57,995 CAD/$46,760 USD. Natural Resources Canada states the Prime will have an annual cost of $833 CAD and the ID.4 $675 CAD. Estimated annual fuel cost is based on the combined rating, a driving distance of 20,000 km and forecast prices of $1.00/L for regular gas and $0.15/kWh for electricity. The annual fuel cost of the Prime reflects a mix of electric mode and gas only operation. This total will change depending on where you live and the price of gas and electricity.
