Split CD EP featuring a pair of UK experimental noise rock bands, originally released on Noiseville in 1993. Although the Splintered tracks are listed as "Skin Shift" and "Nail Fetish", the second song included is instead "Throwback" (and they are in reverse order). The Headbutt tracks are ultra-raw live recordings from 1991 that work very well with the clattering scrap percussion and bass-driven dirge of their early material.You can find a lengthy overview of Headbutt's releases at this link (though it's in French):
