This is the story of a beautiful sleek black cat with the most amazing blue eyes, who no longer wanted when his owner is given a new kitten for Christmas, gets dumped in a rubbish bin. This is Rigsby's story. He is one of the lucky ones. If you want to give a cat, or any animal, a home then please adopt from one of the many already overcrowded shelters.


Never buy animals as gifts. Doing so just encourages unscrupulous breeders to breed more and more in atrocious conditions, often akin to factory farms. And never forget that the animals who don't make the grade get brutally murdered. Vet euthanasia is expensive, the animals do not get gently 'put to sleep'.
