Go To Sleep is an unreleased single from the White Room Soundtrack. It was first listed as a standalone single (KLF008T) in Nov 1989’s Info Sheet, then The Cartel’s Jan 1990 wholesale catalogue (KLF012T/R). At another point it was announced as a possible B-side of The Lover’s Side. However, neither saw the light of day.

An extended version of Go To Sleep was recorded but never officially released. A heavily reduced remix later appeared on Chill Out and formed the basis of The KLF’s 1990 Pure Trance single Last Train To Trancentral, retaining both its lead melody and the signature string breakdown. Bits of Maxine Harvey’s refrain were also featured in a couple of later Moody Boys remixes.
