It was a nail biting finish to conclude the 2023 Tour de France, as BORA-hansgrohe's Jordi Meeus claims the 21st and final stage in a photo finish. Whilst all that happened, Jonas Vingegaard arrived into Paris and the Champs-Élysées to officially become a two-time winner.
