Vintage UK documentary from 1989 following various members of Notting Hill's Afro-Caribbean community as they enjoy and take part in the 1989 Carnival.....and follows how the festivities turned bitter & tense as the Police tried to impose restrictions on the Carnival - leading to conflict and disturbances between the Police and youths on the streets......Does anyone know the name of the Reggae sound system & the tune they are playing at 00:21:00 seconds into the video?
