Rhythm in music can be perceived and expressed in many different ways. At the most basic level, and above all else, sense of rhythm is something that we are all born with - in form of our heartbeat. Satish Krishnamurthy is a classically trained #Kanjeera player, who lives and breathes traditionally taught rhythm structures. @DJUri, a well known and versatile DJ, famous for rocking the turntables since the 80s, has been pushing 'Finger Drumming' as a technique to able to bring more life into his performances. Add to all this, Taru Dalmia Aka @Delhi Sultanate, a Reggae MC and Singer, who is known for his vocal delivery and lyrical content to create a rhythmic flow that now forms the basis of genres like Reggae, Hip-hop etc.

Delhi Sultanate is India’s foremost Reggae & Dancehall artist. Alongside his empress Begum X he has opened for Snoop Lion and Julian Marley in India and has toured the US, Europe and Afghanistan bringing reggae music to new frontiers.
Delhi Sultanate’s singles NYC-2-India with Subatomic Soundsystem and Criss & Shine respectively went to #1 on Beatport Reggae Charts and Juno Hip Hop singles charts. He has collaborated with Sizzla Kalonji for an upcoming track and has voiced Dubplates for Rory Stonelove.
Apart from his solo career he is the lead singer of The Ska Vengers, India'a first ska and rocksteady band. In 2010 he started the trust ‘Word, Sound and Power’ along with producer Chris McGuinness. The organization is dedicated to producing documentary films and musical collaborations featuring revolutionary singers from different parts of the Indian subcontinent. Word Sound and Power create bilingual tracks that embody the revolutionary and uplifting spirit of Dancehall Reggae and reflect life in India.

Born in East London (UK) & based in Mumbai (India), DJ Uri has been rocking 2 Turntables since 1987, starting out as a Hip Hop, Funk & Soul DJ. The depth of his collection and knowledge he has gained over the years are a credit to Hip Hop culture. The Official DJ for Battle Of The Year 2014 South East Asia Finals & RedBull BC One India 2016-2018, he was also featured in the Hip Hop Cookbook representing India alongside Old Skool Legends Kurtis Blow, Crazy Legs (Rocksteady Crew) & Grand Mixer DST.
Musically, DJ Uri fuses Hip Hop, Funk, Bass, Trap, Future Beats & Club Classics using Turntables, Finger Drumming & Loop Stations into one seamless set showcasing skill levels of the highest degree. The last 2 years have seen him support the likes of Pretty Lights, Diplo, Flying Lotus, Ed Sheeran, Major Lazer, Foreign Beggars, Mark Ronson, Benga & Skream. With regular club & festival gigs both at home in the thriving Indian music scene and across Europe, Uri is definitely an International DJ.

Satish has a multifaceted personality. He started learning the art of Playing Mridangam and other percussion instruments like Thavil , Kanjira , Ghatam from Guru.Vidwan T.S.Nandkumar.He has Learnt Classical Carnatic Vocal from Guru. Shrimati Rukmini Shankar And Guru. Kalyani Sharma.Persuining Bachelor in Music and Mridangam from Annamalia university ,Chennai. He has assisted Shivamani by playing south percussion for the movie 'Before the rains' by Santosh Sivan.
He is working as lecturer in Bharata college Doing Talvadya – percussion ensemble shows with students.He also conducts web-classes Gave Music for few channel - V promos.
