Update (late though): Song is most likely "Colder" by Stefano Scarfone & Alessio Ventura, found in the SIAE database.
Alessio was the singer of the 90s Italian band "Dhamm" (plus, the voice sounds very similar) and Stefano the guitarist. Although only the full version of the song is missing to verify it 100%
