The deep house label Selected has been a pioneer of the genre for like 10 years. Selected pushes the deep house genre to one of the most popular electronic genres right now. The deep house style is known for it's deep house bass, the groovy drums and lush lead synths. So, In this FL Studio tutorial we're gonna create a Selected style deep house track from scratch. We'll be starting off with the deep house vocal. Then, we'll be building the drums around the vocal including the groovy top loop. Then, it's time for the deep house bass. We'll be using a serum preset from the motion 3 sample pack for it. Then we're gonna spice it up with the selected style deep house chords. Next up is producing the breakdown. We'll be using typical selected style deep house leads from serum for it. Those leads will display the sound of Selected perfectly. Then it's only a matter of finishing off the track with some ambiences and FX.
