Edie Adams was a pitch-lady for Muriel Cigars, appearing in many of their television commercials in the 1950s and 1960s. She was a commercial spokeswoman for the company for 19 years, and her catchphrase was "Pick me up and smoke me sometime". Adams was also known for her work with Ernie Kovacs, a television comic pioneer, and was his wife and partner.
