How to Find the Latest Firmware for Hikvision - Hik-Partner Pro

1️⃣ Install and open Hik-Partner Pro
🔹 Download the app on Android (Google Play) or iOS (App Store).
🔹 Log in to your Hikvision account or create a new one.

2️⃣ Go to the "Support" section
3️⃣ Select "Firmware Version Check"
4️⃣ Enter the serial number of your device or scan it using your smartphone camera.
5️⃣ Tap "Check"
6️⃣ The app will display the latest available firmware version.

📌 You will be provided with a text file containing the firmware download link and video instructions for the update.
✅ Open the file on your computer and follow the instructions to complete the update.
