2024 Has a slow start for me. Just to many distractions. Cars to the mechanic, dentist visits, vet visits, injured chick to look after. Just to many distractions keeping me from doing what I should be doing.This episode I'm removing the weak interior wall separating out bathroom from the exterior wall of our neighbours workshop. Using these bricks I'm putting together a simple smoker. I'm planning on building a larger BBQ and smoker using natural stone but that can only be done after the winter when we're guaranteed of temperatures well above freezing.
Further I'm sorting out the roof tiles above the wall opening leading to the terras. If you remember; there was a construction with a roof on this terras that I had taken down. That roof was never terminated properly.
Now it is and I can continue with installing a fancier board/ lintel plank and rain gutters.
