1 Serrano pepper (optional)
1/2 Small Green Bell Pepper (strips)
1/3 Small Yellow onion (julienned)
2 green Onions (green part included)
1/2 tsp Whole cumin (or ground)
1/2 tsp Peppercorns
2 Large Garlic Cloves
1/2 C. water for molcajete
1/2 tsp Mexican Oregano (optional)
1 Small Bay leaf
1 1/2 Tbls All purpose flour
Pepper as needed
Salt as needed
1 1/4 C. Chicken broth (as needed)
Small Bunch Chopped Cilantro
