Vintage hardcore rave set, recorded live in the venue!DJ Fat Controller rinsing out a "trip down memory lane" set waaaay back in 1993(!) alongside MC Hooligan.
This set was recorded at Club Milwaukee (formally known as Club Castaway) in Bedford, which is some 60 miles north of London, UK.
You may have never heard of this club, but dont get it twisted; this was a legendary venue for those that know, which hosted some of the biggest rave promoters' early events, including Helter Skelter and ESP (both residents for years) and Equinox!
Ravers would arrive HOURS early to queue, because numbers were limited in the low-ceiling venue that boasted a booming Cerwin Vega sound system.
ESP (which went on to become Dreamscape) and Helter Skelter both became too big for the venue and moved on, but this club holds a special place in the hearts of those that were there......
