International aid has begun to arrive in Beirut as Lebanon continues to come to terms with the devastating explosion at its main port two days ago, which left at least 145 people dead and up to a quarter of a million people left without habitable homes. Crystal Goomansingh reports.
Preliminary investigations blame the explosion on "inaction and negligence", saying "nothing was done" to remove tons of ammonium nitrate from the port.
Many people are wondering with French President Emmanuel Macron now in Beirut, if the foreign community will have any involvement with the investigation into what happened at that port.
