This new Headless trick is a bit strange. It basically involved UGC creators uploading a normal UGC head mesh, then archiving the mesh resulting in the head mesh turning into a headless head. Keep in mind if they UGC creator goes on to un-archive the mesh. It will be some random ugc head item again.
