For our Fourth Series Episode 2, of our Deep Sessions, by Deep Rooted we present:

Shaz Mirza is a producer, singer, multi-instrumentalist and DJ from Toronto, Canada. Inspired by various sounds and genres from across the globe, his style and influences virtually have no boundaries. He is the co-founder of the music collective Guise (@guise_official) based out of Ottawa, with roots in Toronto and Montreal. He is also a resident DJ with Dubai-based collectives House of Yanos (@houseofyanos) and HOY Sound System + (@soundsystem_hoy). His early musical roots trace back to Soul, Jazz, R&B, Funk, and Hip Hop but have evolved into various other styles including (but not limited to) Afrobeats/Amapiano, Afro House/Afro Tech, Electronic, Baile Funk, Breaks, UK Garage, Miami Bass, Jungle, etc.
