This is another mystery film. There's no record of it ever been registered for copyright and no credits for director or cast. It was distributed by The Mogull Film Company of New York who supplied 16mm prints into the '40s for home use and traveling theaters who were notorious for chopping up old films and creating their own "exclusives".I suspect that this is part of a longer piece. From the style and look it might have been shot by Ferdinand Zecca but who knows. Just enjoy it for what it is.
