#philippines #angelescity #life A couple months ago we started the process of getting Anne her Drivers License here in the Philippines, everything has been progressing nicely until the other morning when we had an accident on Walking Street. We were pulling over to park when suddenly our car lurched forward and ran into the car in front of us, Anne's foot had slipped off the brake and hit the gas, before we could react we had run into a car that was parked. The loud crash attracted everybody around and before we knew it we were surrounded by tourist police business workers and other people that were near by.
After a couple days of running between the Police Station Insurance Agency and a repair shop, we attained all the necessary documents to start the Insurance Claim and now we wait to hear from our Insurance company as to when and how we will proceed with the repairs to both vehicles involved. We chose the local Toyota dealership to complete our estimate and repairs and I'm happy with their involvement so far.
These are unfortunate circumstances but at least nobody was hurt and we had insurance so all repairs will be covered. Come take a look at the car, see where the accident happened and follow the process as Anne and I run around to achieve the necessary documents to move forward...
