Cheeky dives in ATX 😍🔥🌇

The second I got to Austin Texas, I knew I was going to dive this building. The aesthetic curves, the grid like pattern - it was just begging for it. I waited for the perfect day and the perfect time, and set out on a mission.

I was a little nervous TBH. I don’t fly often in cities and they are MUCH higher risk than mountains. You never know when a random cell repeater is hiding somewhere you can’t see, and one of those can make your FPV drone fall out of the air. Luckily in this case I was placed in the perfect spot and had great reception the whole time. The tricky part ended up being the dive itself.

The building has a curve that gets steeper as it falls which makes for a very difficult building to follow closely. Additionally there are power lines at the bottom which keep you from having a clean exit. Regardless, it was definitely worth the wait. Here’s hoping I can dive it one more time before leaving town 🤞🏼
