Ingredients:
Masoor Dal Dosa:-
1 cup masoor dal (red lentils)
1/2 cup oats
1-inch piece ginger
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Salt (to taste)
1 cup Water for soaking
1/2 cup Water for grinding (as needed)
Oil (for cooking)

Chutney recipe:
Jeera/cumin - 1/2 tsp
Garlic - 4 large cloves
Red chilli - 4 (mix of spice and kashmiri chilli)
Fresh coconut - 1/2 cup
Tamarind - 1 grape size
Salt to taste
Oil - 1tsp for roasting
Water 1/2 cup or as needed
Tempering
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves - few
Oil - 1tsp
