Beggar For The Blues, was included as an album track on Patti Drew's 1969 Capitol Records LP titled, Wild Is Love. The albums songs constituted a concept album incorporating standards, jazz, blues and pop material in an effort to market Drew as a Nancy Wilson style singer. All the songs on the album were written by Dotti Wayne and Ray Rasch.
