
Ice smashing swim resistance workout using different muscle groups than a regular swim. I love the sound of smashing ice and the ambience and the other thing is you don't have to clean it up. It becomes a mission and challenge to smash roughly a KM in the river so it makes you keep on going to get back to your starting point.
