"Christian is playing his custom Siggi Braun 7-string. Tuning: A D G C F A D

Josh is playing a Jackson X Series DKA-EX Dinky 6-string. Tuning - A# F A# D# G C

Blood of the People is a really fun song to play. Christian and I play this song very differently because Christian is playing a 7-string tuned down a whole step and I am playing a 6-string in Drop A#. Christian was still playing for Obscura at the time and needed his guitar to be ready for their next tour, so he transposed the song.

We want to be up front that this is not a live play through. We flew Christian to Connecticut for the Blood of the People video shoot and he did not have an amp, so a live playthrough was not possible. Sorry to disappoint the playthrough purists, but we hope that you will still enjoy it."

NEW BAND SIGNING ANNOUNCEMENT: Technical death metal band Eschaton

Band's statement: Signing with Transcending Obscurity signals the mark of a new chapter for ESCHATON. In addition to this newly forged alliance, the band has been transformed by the addition of Mac Smith, Christian Muenzner, and Scott Bradley.
