Rule 1: The idea of developing pieces to the perfect squares is difficult but if you can simply get your minor pieces off the starting squares and into the fight safely, you’ll find a lot of success.Rule 2: Supporting your attack is almost impossible without developing. So Rule 1 kind of directly Segway’s into Rule 2. Doing some quick calculations to see where your pieces can get to and how fast will really help you find more success in attacking your opponent.
Rule 3: Sometimes finding an opening on your opponents position can be very difficult. However, each move only needs to improve your position over there’s, no secure victory in one move. Look at each move as an opportunity to find something new that wasn’t there before.
