"Live In The Dark" by Jeff Beck from his 2016 "Loud Hailer" album is one powerful tune. Rosie Bones was his singer, and I originally thought it would be a daunting task to cover it in his honor. Enter Terrill (), who not only nailed it - but completely took it to a new level! After hearing her vocal takes - I knew it was freaking on! Terrill brings such energy to it, and I'm honored to be able to collaborate with such a powerhouse talent! Jeff Beck's recent passing really hit me and others in the guitar community hard. I remember cranking this album - and having a hard time imagining how someone Jeff's age could kick out something so darn cutting edge. Had he continued on this earth, he would have continued taking music out of the box and coming up with some seriously cutting edge stuff.
