This is a few days over the last two weeks fam.
I’m still going strong on my weight loss journey.
I’m sharing my quick and easy low carb meals.
Low carb Peanut butter bread
3 eggs
30 ml full cream milk
Sugar free peanut butter(the with a heart foundation sticker)
3 heaped spoons
Half a teaspoon baking powder
Half a teaspoon cinnamon powder
Mix all the products together
Transfer into a microwave safe tub.
Put it in for 2-3 minutes
Cool it off and serve with a topping of your choice and enjoy.
I had to two servings of it(different times of course)
