Russia is the biggest country in the world, but still it got challenged by a European town called Berwick upon Tweed which is 2.3 million times smaller than Russia and that war lasted for over a 100 years. You see during the Crimean war, Britain including France and the Ottoman Empire plus that small town declared war on Russia. After some time these guys signed a peace treaty but that small town wasn't included in that treaty meaning that That small town was still at war with Russia. This continued for over a 100 years until a soviet journalist traveled to Berwick and cleared things up with the town's Mayor, putting an end to this war which continued for around 113 years.
