Balafon Riddim came together from an Afro-inspired period in Arshaw's productions. He cites influences such as Tony Allen, Clap! Clap!, Auntie Flo and Owiny Sigoma! When combined with some breakbeat garage, and pirate radio vocal samples, the gritty result was Balafon Riddim. Powerful and dance-floor orientated!
