Eclipse is the first song on my current album called Eclipse...The song Eclipse is one of the few songs where I wrote a guitar solo and didn't improvise... It was a struggle to really find something that would open an instrumental progressive song in a really hard way.
The whole album with all the songs is heavily inspired by Pink Floyd, you can hear it clearly.
I'm a fan of seeing an album as a work of art, which is why you'll hear the guitar solo in a modified form in various songs on the album.
But make up your own mind and listen to the album, it's really worth it.
