
🥐Airy buns
Ingredients (15 pcs.)
250 g milk
21 g fresh yeast (7 g dry)
130 g sugar, 0.5 tsp salt
3 tsp vanilla sugar
1 medium egg + 1 egg white
+/- 550 g flour
80 g butter
Grease: 1 yolk + 1 tbsp milk
For sprinkling - Streusel crumbs
20 g sugar,
50 g flour,
30 g cold butter
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 C for about 20 minutes. Focus on your oven.
🌺🌺🌺Rose petal jam:
For 400 grams of tea rose petals,
1 kg of sugar,
2 cups of water (a 250 ml cup)
1 tsp of citric acid.
Cut off the white bottom part of the rose petals.
Wash the petals, put them in a colander and let the water drain.
Then sprinkle the petals with a small amount of sugar (from the total volume) and citric acid, lightly rub and leave for about 30-50 minutes.
Separately cook syrup from water and sugar, add rose petals and cook until slightly thickened over high heat.
Pour the jam into sterilized jars and seal with lids.
