The new platform at JR Osaka Station opened on Mar.18, 2023.Until now, access to Kansai International Airport via the limited express Haruka had to be via Shin-Osaka, but now the limited express Haruka stops at the newly built underground platform at Osaka Station, directly connecting Osaka Station to Kansai International Airport.
The ride time is 47 minutes, about 20 minutes less than the Kanku Rapid Train.
