Tried a new thing, made a proper digital transfer of the 78 and filming while the record were playing, so here you got a great sounding video of this beaut spinning! Not sure this is how I will proceed to make these videos as I also like the edited sound files when the music starts a 0:00 and is cut when it ends. But I might do this again as it looks very nice! This is Larry Williams with Short Fat Fannie, released in the UK on London in September 1957 (in US on Specialty). It was his first to be released in the UK and it reached Number 21 in the NME charts, 20 Sep 1957. It was also awarded a Gold Disc. The flip is High School Dance, a real gem too. Hope you enjoy!
