A simple tutorial for the green eyed Mangler for the Gorod Krovi Easter Egg. As you see in this video which is what I recommend how you do this is use Undead Man Walking, check at Tank Factory first before rushing over to Armory. Those are the two locations of where he spawns in at (from what I know). Once you see him, make sure to use either an assault rifle, SMG, or LMG that isn’t Pack-A-Punched to shoot off his right arm and escort him to Dragon Command as he’s chasing you. Once you’re there, make sure he’s standing on the pad so that Sophia can take him. And that’s how you do this step. Hope this was helpful. 🙂
