I was a KISS Kid. My first Kiss concert was in the early 70's in Houston TX at The Summit. By the time the 70's were over I had seen KISS perform 7 times. Most were in Houston since we lived so close to it. We also travelled to Dallas, San Antonio and Austin to see them. My teen years consisted of a lot of rock concerts. I didn't realize it at the time but I saw some of the greatest bands that have come and gone. And some are still playing to this day.
The film is from a worn out VHS tape so the quality isn't the best.
The KISS Alive tour was my favorite. Strutter, Detroit Rock City, God Of Thunder, Hotter Than Hell, Rock Bottom, Firehouse, Cold Gin and others.
To this day I am still a big Kiss fan. They were a big impact on my younger years when the world was all about having fun and girls. So glad I was there to see it all happen.
If I asked You which band has 30 Gold Records and 14 Platinum Albums who would you say? Without beating around the bush the band is KISS. 3 of the 14 platinum albums went multi-platinum.
