▶️Ingredients:
✔ flour - 350 gr
✔ salt - 1 teaspoon
✔ vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
✔ hot water - 200 ml
▶️Cooking:
✔ Mix hot water and salt in a glass.
✔ Pour the mixture into the bowl with the flour.
✔ Add the oil.
✔ Knead the dough with your hands.
✔ Place in a bag and set aside for twenty minutes.
✔ Knead the dough, divide into eight pieces.
✔ Roll out each ball into a sheet.
✔ Place the dough in a dry frying pan.
✔ Cook until golden on both sides.
