
Made omelette with tomato, onion, green peppers, broccoli, mushrooms and mozzarella cheese. Omelettes are perfect to sneak in ingredients like lion’s mane mushroom which is great for brain health. When dad was in Korea, he refused to eat avocado but now he’s obsessed with it. Avocados are a great source of monounsaturated fats which help control cholesterol levels so I try to serve avocado almost everyday.
