Queen Yharnam isn't so hard to fight if you use the trick form of the cane as it lets you hurt her without having to get up close.
Note the baby cries and how I ended up getting stunned for a few seconds, this is why you need to keep your distance.
Also, take the copies she creates as quickly as possible, otherwise you run the risk of being overwhelmed by their relentless blood shots and whatnot.
