WE TAKE 2-3 servings

🔹honey 1 tbsp
🔹 olive oil 2-3 tbsp

WE DO:
✅boil the beets in advance, or bake in the oven until soft
✅ prepare the dressing: mix lemon juice, mustard, honey, oregano and salt, season the arugula with it and mix, leave part of the dressing for serving
