Among one of the first Grunge bands to form, TAD united in 1988. Gaining influences mostly from 70's heavy metal, rather than punk like most other bands of Seattle at the time, they managed to break away from the pack and have achieved a cult following in grunge circles thanks to arguably their best album Inhaler, released in 1993.
