There are songs that take time, then there are others that just appear, like out of thin air, like they've been waiting for you. “Memories” was one of those, it just hit me and I could see it clearly: the scene, the sentiment, the ache, everything. For me “Memories” is one of those songs, the ones you feel a tingle while you're writing, you know they'll hold a special place. Honestly, it’s one of my favourites I’ve ever written. There are memories that scream at you, and others that arrive like whispers. Memories is about the whispers—the little things that catch you off guard. The small reminders that someone’s gone, or that things used to feel easier… safer. I guess we all romanticise things when we look back. This song goes to those moments. Memories is yours now, and I truly hope you love it.
