African political leaders, experts express thoughts on Chinese President Xi's speech

In the Senegalese capital of Dakar, the Forum on China-Africa
Cooperation has entered its second day. FOCAC looks to find ways to
further deepen China-Africa cooperation. Chinese President Xi Jinping
addressed the forum via video link on Monday. President Xi stressed
the importance of multilateralism and called on both sides to
protect the interests of developing countries in international
affairs. He announced that China will provide 1 billion additional
doses of COVID-19 vaccine to African countries and will send 500
agricultural experts to the continent. Political leaders and experts
within Africa have been expressing their thoughts on President Xi's
speech.
