In this story, Betul is a woman who has hardly managed life for years. She is the mother of three children: two sick twin sons who need surgery and special care, and a girl named Maral who witnessed all her mother's suffering. Betul's husband, an engineer, was not only in this direction of his family's helper, but also betrayed his wife.
However, Betul has to enter the field of work alone to save the twins. He goes to work with a thousand hopes and desires to provide his children's surgery.
